Kwaliteit：Quality of the retainer case itself is good! However, the logo that has been printed fades away after some day of usage. Since the case will be frequently used I can't resell it in NL. I'm now waiting almost two months for a solution but it takes very long time unfortunately. Service： Although I've asked for incoterm DDP, (means incl. all taxations and costs should be included) After delivery, I still needed to pay custom clearance fee myself.
